IPRG (Institute for Policy Research & Governance) is an independent, non-profit public policy think tank dedicated to promoting participatory and evidence-based policymaking through rigorous research, capacity building, and inclusive dialogue. We collaborate with policymakers, academics, civil society, and communities to address contemporary socio-political challenges and help shape responsive governance.
As a burgeoning policy institute, IPRG also focuses on nurturing future leaders by offering high-quality training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
Founder’s Desk
As the Founder and Chairman of the Institute for Policy Research and Governance (IPRG), I, Saksham Mathur, envisioned this platform as a space dedicated to fostering informed dialogue, rigorous research, and innovative policy solutions. At IPRG, our mission is to bridge the gap between academia and practice, empowering young minds to contribute meaningfully to governance and public policy. We aim to nurture a culture of critical thinking, ethical research, and impactful publications that address contemporary challenges. I welcome interns, scholars, and visitors to join us in this journey of learning, collaboration, and nation-building.
