Call for Applications – Human Resources (HR) Associate
IPRG invites applications for the position of Human Resources (HR) Associate to join our growing team. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about people management, organizational coordination, and talent development. As an HR Associate (Internship Coordinator), you will play a central role in managing and supporting interns across various departments, ensuring a productive, professional, and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities
As an HR Associate at IPRG, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Internship Coordination & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all interns, addressing queries, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
- Recruitment & Selection: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting potential interns and HR candidates through applications, interviews, and assessment tasks.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Organize and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new interns with IPRG’s values, policies, and objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track intern deliverables, maintain attendance and progress records, and provide timely feedback in coordination with senior team members.
- Engagement & Motivation: Design and implement activities, workshops, and check-ins to foster intern engagement and professional growth.
- Conflict Resolution & Guidance: Support interns in addressing concerns and challenges, maintaining a positive and professional environment.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain HR-related databases, prepare progress reports, and ensure proper documentation of internship activities.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure interns adhere to IPRG’s guidelines, code of conduct, and deadlines while providing clarity on expectations.
This role requires a balance of organizational skills, empathy, and effective communication to nurture interns and support their professional journey.
Eligibility
- Open to Undergraduates, Postgraduates, and Graduates from any discipline.
- Candidates with prior experience in HR, recruitment, or organizational management will be given preference.
- Those who have played a key role in HR responsibilities within any organization will have an added advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills are essential.
Duration
- 3 Months Internship
- Internship Type: Unpaid
- Certificate of Completion will be awarded to candidates who successfully complete all assigned tasks and the internship duration.
