This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs the terms related to cancellations, refunds, and financial liabilities associated with IPRG programs and services.

1. Internship Programs

• All IPRG Internship Programs are research-oriented, certificate-based, and unpaid, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Since no internship fees are charged, no refund claims arise in cases of withdrawal, cancellation, or non-completion.

• Participants who discontinue or fail to complete the internship as per prescribed guidelines shall not be eligible for:

  • Internship Certificate

  • Letter of Recommendation

  • Publication or research privileges

  • Incomplete participation may affect eligibility for future IPRG programs.

2. Research Paper Publication & Manuscript Refund Policy

• Refunds related to research paper publication or manuscript submission fees shall be processed only in cases where IPRG formally rejects the manuscript after editorial or peer-review evaluation.

• In such cases:

  • A processing charge of ₹200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) shall be deducted.

  • The remaining amount shall be initiated as a refund.

  • Refunds will be credited within seven (7) working business days from the date of approval.

• No refund shall be issued once the manuscript has:

  • Entered the editorial process

  • Been accepted for publication

  • Been published or assigned a publication slot

3. Membership Plans

• All IPRG Membership Plan payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.

• Membership benefits remain valid only for the duration specified at the time of subscription.

• Cancellation requests after payment confirmation shall not qualify for any refund, irrespective of usage status.

4. Events, Workshops & Webinars

• Registrations for paid events, workshops, seminars, or webinars organized by IPRG cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

• No refunds shall be issued in cases of:

  • Non-attendance

  • Partial participation

  • Late joining Technical issues from the participant’s end

5. Unauthorized Transactions & Liability Disclaimer

• IPRG shall not be held liable for any financial loss arising from:

  • Payments made to unauthorized or third-party applications/websites

  • Transactions conducted outside IPRG’s official website or verified payment channels

• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that payments are made only through official IPRG platforms.

6. Policy Revision & Authority

• IPRG reserves full authority to revise, modify, amend, or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of IPRG services or participation in its programs constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• This policy has been framed with due consideration of applicable Indian laws.

• Any disputes arising out of or in relation to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

8. Policy Effectiveness

• This Cancellation & Refund Policy is effective from 9 September 2025 and supersedes all prior policies, communications, or understandings related to refunds and cancellations.
