🟢 Verified The internship record has been validated and is officially recognised by the Institute for Policy Research & Governance (IPRG).

🔴 Revoked The internship record or certificate has been withdrawn, cancelled, or declared invalid by IPRG.

🔵 Active The individual is currently enrolled in and participating in the internship programme.

✅ Completed The individual has successfully completed the internship programme and fulfilled all prescribed requirements.

⚫ Terminated The internship engagement was discontinued before successful completion due to administrative, disciplinary, policy, or other organisational reasons.
